Two $1,000 scholarships are being offered by Mat-Su Principal's Association and one $1000 scholarship is being offered in the memory of Dr. George W. Brown.

Applicants must be 2021 gratuating seniors of the Mat‐Su Borough School District.

The deadline is 5PM Thursday April 1st, 2021. Scholarship applications are available online.

Scholarships will be awarded after reviewing the following criteria:

1. An essay about your education and career goals. What do you want to do with your life?
2. How will your college experience strengthen our community when you return?
3. Your extracurricular school and community service activities
4. Your financial plan to complete your education
   

All applicants must:

     1. Submit completed application by 5PM 4/1/21.
     2. Have a current minimum GPA of 2.5.
     3. Upload two letters of recommendation from community members.
     4. Upload a current transcript. (Unofficial transcripts may be submitted.)
     5. Provide a letter of acceptance from the college no later than December 31, 2021.
